Only five minutes North of the municipal centre of Koh Samui, Nathorn Town, you should look out for a left turn just before the Koh Samui ring road heads uphill. If you see the left turn to the Four Seasons resort, you've gone too far!
How to get to Laem Yai beach: From Chaweng and Koh Samui airport
Head west about 11km along the Koh Samui ring road, go through Mae Nam, the road heads upill over the headland, then downhill and you can reach Laem Yai beach by turning right at the bottom of the hill. You should see a sign for The Passage Samui resort and The Terrace restaurant.
